These buildings are magnificent no doubt but how come most of them are empty? Waste of resources I must say. So many homeless people roaming around while so many mansions are empty

I had the privilege to visit maitama, omon men money enter that zone, no comparison whatsoever with Lagos.

But I have the belief that if Eko Atlantic is been fully developed as planned, them no born Maitama.

Sorry o no vex but why are there light bulb on the road? It doesn’t make sense to me putting light bulb on motorways

Those saying Lagos is far better should know that abuja is just like an ungoing project that has not reached its peak yet with empty landscape which is a direct opposite to lagos. In 10yrs to come abuja might still be under construction. One thing I love more in abuja is the road network.

Comparing Abuja and Lagos, lagos has more beautiful places than Abuja, far too more.

But abuja is far more peaceful and that's beauty itself

Let me add to the list of most beautifull buildings in Abuja.
Harneyprojects is a building design and construction based in Abuja and we built some truellly beautifull structures in Abuja in location like Gwanrimpa, Kubwa, Asokoro, Guzape etc

This is not a Lagos v Abuja thread, but some of you are desperately trying to make it so. Of course, Abuja and Lagos are not mates when it comes to buildings and the reasons are so many. Only times Abuja beats Lagos in anything is when the conversation is about the traffic situation, quality of roads and population.
