Between frontend and backend, which should one go for and why do you feel so. Advise please

Between frontend and backend, which should one go for and why do you feel so. Advise please
none is better, both are hard as hell based on the kind of project you're building. in some project one could get easy you don't break a sweat and the other could get complex with a blink of an eye. so it's a matter of personal preference. Take for example, the frontend developer is asked to build nairaland UI, he/she would be having a hell lot of fun as he can finish his/her task within few days. now assume the ui is facebook/instagram ui which has different mould on different screens, he/she would be awake all night thinking. same for backend devs too. No easy way out (all the time)
Try out the two at fundamental level and pick one for a professional level

I think you should go for front-end.. After that you can delve into back-end. That's my opinion tho. I'm a front-end aspirant.
