i dont think the army is against her getting married or falling in love but it shouldn't be done in uniform at her place of primary assignment .
so what she is trying to say with her actions is that she can do the same thing at the battle front while on active duty .
i think when you are in uniform , there are certain code of conducts on e must follow as a uniform security personnel

The only thing I see there which might be a crime is that she did it while still on a deployment. What of the men kissing and proposing on uniform while having their subordinates do press ups. What happened to them? Besides military people around the world kiss their lovers while in uniform so what you talking about?
