Army men propose with the uniforms. I don’t know why they are disturbing the young lady. It’s not a crime for her to marry.

If they have an issue with the relationship or it’s genuineness they should inquire properly from her and advise accordingly not harass her for nothing.

A male soldier on official duty will NEVER propose, especially in public, unless he wants to face the repercussions in guard room or theater. It is only when he is off official duty he can propose, even on uniform.
