Ọmọ, next time you come in contact with a JW try to meditate thoroughly before saying anything.
WHY?
Because there's no weapon formed against our faith that can have any success, any tongue that rises against us we will silence, that is our HERITAGE and as for our righteousness don't bother it's from our own God JEHOVAH! Isaiah 54:17

Learn from the way i outsmarted you knowing fully well that you came to support the critics and form alliance with them against God's people. But i pretended as if i don't know your mission until i pushed you to a corner where you lost it and condemned God's word instead of condemning God's people (Jehovah's Witnesses)

So according to you now all what your friends have been saying against Jehovah's Witnesses is meaningless because even God's word upon which everyone on this thread wants to build their arguments is NOT COMPLETE!

That's what smartness means and what it means to be one of Jehovah's Witnesses! wink
Learn from the way i outsmarted you knowing fully well that you came to support the critics and form alliance with them against God's people
That bold is enough. The reward you seek we don see am. It stems from the image below....

Nna, let's not make this about you or I. We would always settle. Let's allow others make their points ok.
I still repeat I never attempted to hurt you. Fear not. Ok
Hmmmmmmmmmmmm, how i wish you know the weight of the highlighted! smiley

Well let me enlighten you!

You can't hurt a true Christian by killing him physically because his soul (character) has been saved in God's memory book {Matthew 10:28 compare to Revelations 20:15} but when you condemned the book upon which his faith is built, then you're out to hurt him both spiritually, emotionally and mentally {Ephesians 6:12,17} just as Satan destroyed Adam and Eve spiritually leading them to sin and eternal damnation! Genesis 3:4-5, 16-19

So you saying the Bible is incomplete word of God is a deadly missile from someone living inside you! smiley

Every word of God is complete. There is nothing like incomplete word of God. I only gave you other books that contain the word of God.. many of them quoted by bible prophets.
If you are following the thread, one of your members already agreed they are inspired words of God. You seem to be the one left behind.

This is where you missed it!

The books quoted by Bible writers has been paraphrased and written by the writers that's why they're quoting it.
For instance God inspired Isaiah and Micah to say exactly the same thing about what will happen to pure worship in the final part of the days:

In the final part of the days, The mountain of the house of Jehovah Will become firmly established above the top of the mountains, And it will be raised up above the hills, And to it all the nations will stream. And many peoples will go and say: “Come, let us go up to the mountain of Jehovah, To the house of the God of Jacob. He will instruct us about his ways, And we will walk in his paths.” For law will go out of Zion, And the word of Jehovah out of Jerusalem. He will render judgment among the nations And set matters straight respecting many peoples. They will beat their swords into plowshares And their spears into pruning shears. Nation will not lift up sword against nation, Nor will they learn war anymore! Isaiah 2:2-4; Micah 4:1-3

If you check this two accounts you will notice that the words are exactly the same yet it's from two different writers. If Isaiah didn't have more information than that Micah will simply quote him as "written in the book of Isaiah" but because both of them still have more information than that prophecy the two accounts were included.
So if any book is quoted in the Bible and not included in the Bible it simply means the information thereof has been inculcated in the message and so it's no more needed as additional verses!

So my friend, the Bible is totally complete as the word of God NO ADDITION NO SUBTRACTION! Revelations 22:18-19 smiley

Then it means you misunderstood him because no JW will ever agree with you that the 66 books upon which our faith is built is not the complete word of our God!

Perhaps you don't know what that means, so let me expatiate.

JWs believe that we are the one and only worshipers of our own God and everything we rely upon is just those 66 books, so if we now agree that there could be some other INSPIRED words of our God outside those 66 books then on what basis are we to claim we know our God fully and that no one else knows our God better than we do? smiley

So it's about intelligence not just assumptions! wink

I did not misunderstand him and you don't need to explain on his behalf unless maybe he isn't an adult. He clearly said in his own words that those scriptures are inspired.
But then it was wrong of me to lump you together. Every man is entitled of his opinion even if you both represent the same church.
You said clearly these other books are uninspired and Janosky said they are inspired.

We never asked if they are paraphrased or not. We asked your friend if they were inspired.
Now you think these other books are paraphrased that's your personal opinion or better a friction of your own imagination. Because no single verse in the entire bible expresses your paraphrasing theory. So it's clear you are adding your opinion to the bible or better still you just made it up. I have nothing against that though only that we can't just create history from our head. Show me where this your paraphrasing idea was written.
Again I state, it was never stated that the 66 books are a paraphrasing of all other books it is you personal opinion and you have zero evidence.
Its funny you keep adding your opinions and you just quoted Revelations 22:18-19
Also if those other books were paraphrased then who ever paraphrased them is guilty of subtraction from the word of God

Finally if they are uninspired, why then we're they paraphrased into the bible. Why Paraphrase uninspired words?
Please answer these questions if you can

So let briefly discuss your new paraphrasing theory. So there was nothing called bible until about 400 years after Christ.
That was when the Lord decided to use the Pope and the Catholic Church to compile the bible right.
Now your point is that they paraphrased all other books so as to keep only 66?
Again you believe God commanded then to destroy these records and keep only 66?
When were these books paraphrased? Who paraphrased them? Was there any record of this or is it a friction of your imagination?

You said clearly these other books are uninspired and Janosky said they are inspired.
So the bone of contention here is whether they are INSPIRED or UNINSPIRED!

Well let's meditate on Paul's letters to Timothy once again.

All Scripture is inspired of God and beneficial for teaching, for reproving, for setting things straight, for disciplining in righteousness, so that the man of God may be fully competent, completely equipped for every good work! 2Timothy 3:16-17

The inspired scriptures are for:
©TEACHING
©REPROVING
©SETTING THINGS STRAIGHT
©DISCIPLINING IN RIGHTEOUSNESS. Verse 16

So that the man of God may be:
FULLY COMPETENT and COMPLETELY EQUIPPED FOR EVERY GOOD WORK! Verse 17

If a writer is inspired it doesn't mean that every time he talks or write something it's all about inspiration. The ones that are inspired will surely correlate with other inspired writings, that's why the other inspired writers do paraphrase or quote them.

For instance Muhammad (from Saudi Arabia) claimed that he was also inspired, he began quoting and paraphrasing inspired writings in the Hebrew and Greek Scriptures but there's no link between him and the other writers.
He's not from the promised nation of Israel, he never lived at the same time with any prophet, his writings contradicts most of the inspired writings and he even condemned most of the earlier writings outrightly and his own writings came much later after the compilation of the 66 books.

So it's only the INSPIRED messages that were compiled for our use, others discarded has but also inspired has been either quoted or paraphrased in order that any other writings must be considered UNINSPIRED so that there won't be contradictions! smiley

The highlighted shows your real intention so i will also like you to think about the motive behind your cohorts before forming alliance with them using a collective word like "WE ASKED" remember this is about you in person being interested in a topic not a collective effort of people making demands! smiley

Please try to be specific with your opinion, if you believe that the Bible is not complete as Paul's letter urged us to solely rely on it for teaching, reproving, setting matters straight and disciplining in righteousness, then how do you think there can be oneness in thought among true believers as God's word foretold about the future of pure worship? Zephaniah 3:9; John 17:22; Romans 15: 5-6; 1Corinthians 1:10; Ephesians 4:3

Please meditate on what you're going to say now because angels are taking records of what we are discussing right now {Malachi 3:16} though we may be catching some fun but remember the reputation of the Author of that book (Bible) is involved! smiley

tctrills:
So let briefly discuss your new paraphrasing theory. So there was nothing called bible until about 400 years after Christ.
That was when the Lord decided to use the Pope and the Catholic Church to compile the bible right.
Now your point is that they paraphrased all other books so as to keep only 66?
Again you believe God commanded then to destroy these records and keep only 66?
When were these books paraphrased? Who paraphrased them? Was there any record of this or is it a friction of your imagination?
The Catholic Church is the AntiChrist that existed after the death of the first pioneers of Christianity so Idolatry crept into Christianity with that religion. But noteworthy is Jesus' parable of the sower who planted fine seeds and his enemy who later came to oversow weeds in the same field.

After the death of all the pioneers of Christianity pure worship went into spiritual slavery under the Catholic Church but there were faithful men during those dark ages, remember Jesus said to his faithful disciples "look i'm with you all the days until the conclusion of this system of things" {Matthew 28:20b} so Jesus keep monitoring the messages even though Satan is working hard to bring in confusion the faithful ones in that spiritual bondage were also there with the Catholic Church seeing to the compilation of God's word. That's how Jesus used God's Holy Spirit to preserve all the inspired writings.
The majority who were Satan's agents did all within their power to include their distorted view during the compilation but since Jesus knew that he is still coming to right the wrong he allowed them {Matthew 13:25-30} until the year 1914 when Jesus was enthroned in heaven, then he began revealing secrets that's been hidden for centuries so that the real inspired writings got Into the hands of his faithful and discreet slave group know today as the "Governing Body of Jehovah's Witnesses"
After that Jesus concentrated on his group and began correcting all the errors they made due to their former religious views.
All these you will find difficult to believe but that's the truth and reason why only Jehovah's Witnesses organization is achieving what no other group can achieve today.

So we now have the complete inspired writings as God's Holy Spirit worked with these imperfect men to make the best use of God's word: BIBLE! smiley

A few things here, you claim the Catholic Church is of the devil yet Jesu's used the Pope to compile the bible.
You also claimed these books are uninspired yet they were some how paraphrased into the bible. Hmmmmm

Please meditate on what you're going to say now because angels are taking records of what we are discussing right now {Malachi 3:16} though we may be catching some fun but remember the reputation of the Author of that book (Bible) is involved! smiley
The bible is very complete, 66 books. I never said it was not complete. Each book in the bible is a complete book. Romans is complete, Luke is complete, Job is complete.
I only said the bible is not the only inspired record and even the bible testifies to other records.
