A device does not equal one user. There are lots of phones without owners. Some have 2 devices. Some have devices they have not used in years.

You can get a particular commodity which gives you value for a price but it not necessarily at a price which reflects the true value. The iPhone took the world by storm and offered features second to none as at when it first came out, the iPhone 6 is the best selling phone (if I'm not wrong). Many people have stayed loyal since as it offers the best possible features in a phone but also cus of the feeling of exclusivity. Many people want to be different from others, apart from the crowd, hence the rush for it whether they can afford it or not. Can you mention up to 3 features on the lastest iPhone that isn't on a less priced premium Android? One gives you value for money, the other gives you value but at a price greater than value offered.

iPhones are premium smartphones not because of just features. iPhones are “expensive” because they generally last longer than their Android counterparts, are made of better materials and are more secure.

I wonder why people consider iPhone as expensive when the base model of Samsung S20 goes for $999 and some goes for up to $1300! Haba.

To round up this whole issue let's focus on the upcoming new year... Regarding the issue of iPhone and Android I can categorically say I have used both devices... So I'd advice anyone that wants to go for either iphone or android just buy what suits you and what you would be satisfied with
