You won't hear about this in the next 3 yrs,the only project I see as being genuine is the eko Atlantic City,the rest are scams.

These people and artist impression...don't they ever get tired...Eko Atlantic city and Abuja millennium city are languishing in limbo years after their inauguration.

is it not nigeria ? the place will soon turn to shit. there is a problem i have noticed amongst nigerians who live in these rich estates and i will make a thread about it. they have so many servants and gatemen that in these rich estates the whole streets end up being littered with hungry looking servants and gatemen while the rich people hide inside the houses. walking down the streets, the people you encounter, you think you are in some hungry place. they end up turning their rich estate to a turd world estate with this practice

Nobody is stopping you from investing your money for the dry lands and uphills.

My only issue with this project is that the design will block the beach from direct access to the sea.
