Poweredbysnacks:You DID NOT share your visa interview transcripts but here you are asking for help. Did you go for your interview? |

Josephjay970:The School you have there I-20/you are going with to the embassy don’t send any SOA to the embassy at all! In as much the name of your sponsor do not reflect on your I-20 you can use ANY statement of account for your interview. But inside your DS-160, there is a section there where you will fill the name of your sponsor so far you don’t have full assistantship without any deficit, then you will write the name of your sponsor. In a nutshell, you may or may not use the SOA you used to have your I-20 at the embassy so far there is no name (your sponsor) on the I-20! NB: Please don’t use fake SOA. It is better to wait to have full assistantship if you don’t trust the SOA you are taken to the embassy. Please verify very well and be ascertain that it’s a legitimate SOA. All the best! |

walepepe21:Thanks for the swift response. I just want to use the statement of account i have at the moment to get the admission. So i would like to know if something i can change later or take a different one as the case may be when am going to the embassy for interview. I just want to be extra careful so as not to make mistakes. |

As he said earlier, it depends on what will be written on your I-20. Some schools will put the full government name of the bearer of the SOA you send to them on the I-20 while some will juts put the relationship between the sponsor and you. Find out which of these the school you are planning to send the SOA to always do. If they do write the name on the SOA on I-20, then you have to send them the SOA you’ll be taking to the embassy. Best wishes. Josephjay970: |

If the person is not close to you In anyway, i mean someone that is related to you and ready to help you financially, then N560 to $1 is a good deal. As long as you are not dealing with the embassy, When it comes to exchange rate, just forget about official rate most people will use black market rate for you. You better grab it now before he will use the black market rate of N580 to $1 for you. Adenike3228: |

Good afternoon everyone. I was denied f1 visa for fall 2021 August last year ,and when i reapplied i scheduled on February 2022 which I couldnt expedite because it's less than 6 months i was denied. Now i have deferred my admission to fall 2022. And I have to either reschedule if i dont like my date or schedule afresh. Please my questions are: 1. How do i reschedule to a later date? I have tried and tried , and i always get ' no dates available ' 2. What is the earliest date available now for those just scheduling? I will be happy to get your responses. Thanks a lot. |

Good afternoon all. Please I just joined this platform today. My Visa was approved at the Abuja embassy last Thursday. I'll share my transcript shortly. However, I've been trying to track my passport and it keeps saying no status available for this passport number. I also tried tracking my visa application status and it stated that its undergoing administrative review. Is this normal? I selected lagos for my passport pickup I'm really scared at this time. |
