when I proposed to my darling wife I did it inside a photo studio of which she kinda already knew it was coming so not much of a surprise there. What's the essence of proposing in front of strangers? You want them to show fake affection and say aww or what?

The Nigerian Army attracting unnecessary attention to itself with this issue. When Cupid shoots its arrow, the recipient lacks the capacity to resist it; that young girl is in love and should be allowed to express it regardless of being a soldier or not. All over the world, the military have a way of managing things like this, why is the NA not handling this well?
