I’m a lady and have my student visa already and due to travel by end of the year but got married after my visa application. My husband would be joining me in a month as a dependant but he has kids from another although not married to her. Can his kids be added as our dependants as he’s fully responsible for their upkeep but they won’t be joining us anytime but solely responsible for them?
My marriage certificate says *Single father with children* while mine says * Spinster* but we are now officially married.

Do you think he should add them as dependent or remove since they won’t be traveling with him and won’t there be any issue for visa approval?

Pls I’m so confused about this ���

The Same things am facing here guys. No available date for biometric. I have been checking consistently since 2am no single date pop up. Please anybody with ideas and way forward should show me a way out. This is outrageous, I don't know why TLS team just intensionally close all date. They supposed to put student visa into consideration because some of us are resuming before middle of January.

I was trying to apply for student visa for my sister. I chose VI TLScenter as against her preferred choice of Ikeja. Now I'm being charged for 55pounds which I didn't plan for. I tried to proceed further but the option of super-priority always pop us. If I click on 'No thanks', the system returns back to normal. We planned for standard service as no extra fund is available to spend. Kindly advise on the way out pleaseee, How do we change to Ikeja TLScenter? possible?

For this please, is it compulsoryto change passport name if u have valid one which is not yet expired before ur marriage? How compulsory is this pls? because I heard it isn't compulsory

My wife’s passport wasn’t ready when my son and I did our TB test, there was delay due to change of name. I could t wait because my resumption is 17 Jan. Fortunately, she got her passport last week Friday which was after my biometric and she got her TB test Yesterday.

It's not compulsory especially if you still have most of your documentation in your maiden name. A marriage certificate would suffice for any ties to the partner.

I wonder ooo. Just because most don't knowd meaning of NFS.

I have two POF, I am submitting another one for them that’s matured already and if they request for the one I used in securing visa that one sef still Dey.
