Enugu has never been counted among the top 5 fiscal responsible states so what makes you think it can finance its budget. Show us any where Enugu has been rated top 5 fiscal responsible states.

Your Governor is the first to attend every function, while Obiano is busy working, now your state can't finance it's budget, not to mention Obiano has overtaken your Governor in IGR while he's busy eating semo and okro. Take your frustration to Ugwuanyi, Its not our fault.

Neither has Enugu ever increased debt by 1500% in six years yet it achieved greater. The number one resilient City by Rockefeller Foundation. Anambra is still a local champion. Bushmen

Obiano is just pilling up debts, Anambra domestic debts is now almost equal with Enugu while Ebonyi is now the least indebted state. I marvel when you chestbeating Bushmen keep claiming that obiano did not borrow
There is nothing wrong with borrowing. The governor elect Prof Chukwuma Soludo a world class economist has said previously that he will also borrow and he marshalled it well in his manifesto. Peter Obi borrowed too and left a debt of almost 200 billion for Obiano which he has cleared 90% of.

Show us what your backward useless worthless enugu state achieved since 1999 compare to what Obiano achieved in just 8yrs. Still yet enugu has more debt than Anambra

We will borrow more because we can pay it off unlike your state. What did Ugwuanyi do with Enugu high debt except eating Okro and Semo. Anambra Airport built with our money will soon take over the susbstandard international section of Enugu. Cry more

Peter Obi left a debt of 3 billion, obiano increased it to 59 billion. Yes, nothing wrong with borrowing but some chestbeating Bushmen have been claiming that obiano did not borrow.

If anything Anambra is "under borrowed" in my books, it was clueless peter obi that brought this fixation on low debts.

The problem with illiterates is that they don't know what's resilience. Resilience simply means being able to rise from the ashes. Enugu was the capital of the old Eastern region and it suffered bombardment more than any igbo city, so calling resilience means alot of things. The truth is that there's nothing to show as development in enugu state. Despite the resilience it is still among the poorest in Nigeria. cheesy

Another uniformed Bushman. Debt is decreasing under Ugwuanyi. Sullivan borrowed the money and he used it to place Enugu where anambra will never smell in the next 1000 years

Nsukka bushman. Where are the Sullivan projects that warranted such debt? All the substandard roads done by Sullivan have all gone bad. Enugu has maintained lead as one of the poorest in Nigeria

Is that why Anambra overtook Enugu in IGR under Obiano? While Anambra can finance it budget Enugu cannot, from next year when Anambra elites in Enugu start returning home to to proximity of standard Airport Enugu will be a shell of itself. Let Ugwuanyi keep eating semo and okro, later you will look for who to envy
