The problem with illiterates is that they don't know what's resilience. Resilience simply means being able to rise from the ashes. Enugu was the capital of the old Eastern region and it suffered bombardment more than any igbo city, so calling resilience means alot of things. The truth is that there's nothing to show as development in enugu state. Despite the resilience it is still among the poorest in Nigeria.
