Hi, I also have the same issue. did Biometrics with family since Dec 2nd, got an NSF mail but they never asked for any additional document cos I am pretty sure that I gave all the necessary documents. It has been 15days on a priority, no communication, the status is still at DMC. I have seen so many applications after the Dec 2nd that have received decisions. I have just sent a paid email today, waiting for their response/reasons. It is really annoying.

I don't think that's right. Anyway it depends on when the principal applicant got his/her visa. All I know is that since October last year they changed from point based tier 4 to student visa. So I think the correct answer should be student visa

Pls after your Biometrics, does that means you don't receive any mail at all from DMC until your visa is out? My friend has done biometrics over 10 days now yet no mail and he tracked applications to DMC. Is anything wrong somewhere?

A statement of account will reflect the true state of the account on the dates printed.
In 5 years if you print those same dates it's the same figures you'll get regardless transactions after that date.

So if you submitted that you have 20m and then they call to confirm it and the balance comes back as 200k because you have transferred the money out . Is that not a false representation of your financial state by the submitted statement of account?

I put 7 million for 45 days, printed on December 18th, she did Biometrics last Tuesday, now the person want to remove the 7 million on 31st of December and I am planning with another person to send 6 million on 30th December due to cheaper commission unlike the person that previously sent 7million but charging me additional 400k to leave the money for additional 15 days. I can't pay that, cos no money right now for that.

Is that a red flag? My sister has been crying and saying its a lump sum and they will refuse her visa based on that

I’m a lady and have my student visa already and due to travel by end of the year but got married after my visa application. My husband would be joining me in a month as a dependant but he has kids from another although not married to her. Can his kids be added as our dependants as he’s fully responsible for their upkeep but they won’t be joining us anytime but solely responsible for them?
My marriage certificate says *Single father with children* while mine says * Spinster* but we are now officially married.

Do you think he should add them as dependent or remove since they won’t be traveling with him and won’t there be any issue for visa approval?

Pls I’m so confused about this ���
