Nigeria is a country where opulence, and poverty live side by side. And since the media has become so addicted to showing only the worst parts of the country - I decided to dig deep, and share pictures of some of the opulent side of Nigeria.

Nice buildings especially the first one

one of the main problem with Nigerian homes is that some of the building look great BUT the interior are almost always dreadful, with poor lighting and deco....... it seem to me that most have no idea what interior design mean!

go to the property section and just peep at any of the many homes that are for sale there.......you will have a field day!

if you find even ONE home with a beautiful deco interior, then let us know (i still havent seen any).

Try and come to maitama and asokoro area of abuja your eyes will bleed with envy with the kind of mansions and opulence that you will see. Sometimes i wonder if its people that live in those houses.

i doubt if the fifth building is residential.... thats my favourite, so a wonderful piece i see dere.
