FRSC is as useless as President Buhari...

They are always looking for ways to extort the masses..not for the better job delivery

Tyres do not have expiry dates. Wear out or deteriorate. I have challenged them by using high way code. Nothing like expiry tyres in highway codes. No court can fine you for that.

Tyres manufactured from 2000 carry a 4 digit code .... first two .... week of manufacture ...last two digits year of manufacture. Older tyres have a 3 digit code ... first two ... week of manufacture.... last digit year of manufacture ..... over a 10 year period. Expiry date.... generally 6 years.
