i really want to read gists about Christmas bonuses in ur respective workplace. Was the money/gifts disbursed accordingly? or your boss played office politics and cornered a greater chunk of the money/gift?

My neighbor's company gifted them an Alarm device. some companies will not make heaven. Meanwhile, by the grace of God, we gifted all our employees a bushel of rice with 10k. Our company was started mid this year, next year we intend to do more.

I work for no one. As an Abuja landlord,we are taking few of our tenants to Dubai for a Lil getaway for being well behaved for years. Abuja landlord Christmas bonus.

As the facility manager of my company, I recieved my 13th month salary on the 15th december, was also given 3 different hampers.

What shall it profit a man to be given xmas bonus if he will be treated as a slave in his place of work?

I don't see xmas bonus as compulsory....Just treat and pay me well as your waorker, every other thing na Jara.
