There are to meanings to this barbarism, that the abductors might not be a real police officer or they had being laid off from policing after their relative excesses, hence ur encounter with them.

As in how would Nigerian officers be so brutal to the same citizens they sworn to protect the lives and properties. Not even their usual petty extortion. But fronting such a kidnap and stripping you off your valuables and money is the arithmetic I can't do. I stand to be corrected though. If such is happening, then I might have to hypothetically conclude that the country has indeed gone to the dog.

This has got to be one of the most tone-deaf and silly comment I have ever seen on this site.

You don't know the meaning of human rights,or living in a civilized society, dear lad.

Before you start, I am not IPOB, Ibo, nor do I support the disintegration of Nigeria. I also don't like secessionist activity. But human rights for everyone is the mark of a civil and just society
Bla bla bla bla bla bla.
Go and ask if Human right exist in the East. The Police officers should be promoted for dealing with Nnamdi Kanu's People. CARMA is slowly catching up with them. grin grin grin

Buchi don't worry you'll get justice. I've been mentioning @ ngpolice in all my comments on Facebook,I'm sure they'll see it and act fast. Those guys aren't policemen rather thieves and crooks who wants to reap where they never sowed...

Bros it's better to part with money you can always have again than to be killed like a chicken and labelled a criminal afterwards. These guys are heartless o!. One thing I know is that nemesis is a very ruthless and unforgiving biatch. She remembers every evil one does and on pay day she dishes the exact measure one deserves.

It is high time everyone plays smart to avoid this kind of rubbish.

First of all know that no law forbids you to have several bank accounts. So, go ahead and have like four or three different accounts in different banks.

Keep the largest of your money in an account and never get an ATM card for it. Never have an app installed for it, but know the ussd code of transfer.

Now, transfer small amount of money you need for urgent use into your other two accounts and get Atm cards for them. God forbids, if situations like this occur, it is those two accounts the thieves in uniform will steal.

Always wipe your transaction details and bank sms from your phone. Don't leave any transaction information of the account that contains your largest money on your phone.

Nigeria is turning to hell on earth and people need to get smart. God will protect His own. Stay save.

Don't worry bro, karma always caught up with them towards their retirement.

Walk into any police Barracks and ask, most of them die of strokes and many other sickness within their few years to retirement and the sickness always ruined them for at least 5 years and more before death.

Karma doesn't forgive
Karma don't always work... Waiting for it to happen is like waiting for eternity...

I am wondering too. Instead of allowing police officers to check their phones, they should have slammed them on their ground and create scenes. I would damage the ATM cards in their presence. Sane persons cannot survive Nigeria.
Youths need to wake up. No even spy cameras to get their faces.
I only fear police officers in the highway.

You will take it serious when it eventually happens to you. We will also not take you serious and ask you for evidence. Fool! They will leave evidence for you that day.

This is just the start it would happen to every nigerian eventually. Especially doubters like you.

Hmm

I really feel sorry for whoever went through this.

I still don't know why the African man loves to oppress others with the little power/authority he has.

Those criminals were must have also extorted money from others, especially during this festive. Their target must be very high. And they are desperate.

The government seriously needs to take a closer look at its recruitment process. Criminals are being unknowingly legitimized, given uniforms and guns to fight crime. What a joke!
A secondary school friend who happens to be alora confraternity was enlisted into NSCDC about 10years ago. A father with grown up children for that matter. I asked a close friend why he was recruited into our paramilitary despite being a cultist. I was informed those are the kind of people they recruit. E choke me. Aswear!

It is ussually easier said than done, never argue with a man with a gun, if they shoot you nothing will happen like they always tells their victims and it's true nothing will happen. These crooked police men ussually takes their victims to out of town and places where no one would hear you shouts or your scene creation. You think they are stupid?
