I will list phone brand with more customer complain base on my own observation.

Reason for this thread is to guide u on choice of phone to buy so that u enjoy ur phone for a long time and avoid more visitation on their service center

5 Redmi

7 vivo: Although i have not heard any software complain on vivo but customer always complain on their camera quality.
8 oppo: no software complain also but some customers complain about their poor interface
9 Huawei : no software complain but customer do complain about lack of Google play store

Tecno dey give software/hardware issue? My camon that's over a year already, nothing don carry me go their service center

What's the ranking, is it better for the top then worst at the bottom. Or the the reverse? Clarify on this...

Nothing in your thread shows that you work in a phone outlet. Even if you work in a phone outlet it still doesn't prove your claim. You just listed the top phone brands in the Nigerian smartphone market and brands that people buy the most.

Your list and arrangements is wrong they are far from having random issues, or probably you should have made a post on lists of Smartphones that are good and durable and change Redmis number

Tecno comes with different series. Pop series, spark series, poviour series, camon series and the phantom series which is their flagship. The camon series hardly give issues but their pop and spark series gives lot of issues expecially their pop series

I have been using RN9 for almost two years now without any issue whatsoever. Rubbish talk from Op!

1) itel: these ones don't need introduction as they come pre-installed with hardware and software problems out of the box

2) Infinix: Hardware problems like camera sensors fading after 3 months of purchase. They also lag like hail after a long period is usage

3) Tecno: similar to Infinix, hardware and software problems, bugs and they lag as hail after a long period of use especially when you turn on data

4) Nokia: these ones have good software but hardware on their cheap phones might not be as good. So if you want a Nokia Device, up your budget a bit

5) vivo and oppo: I can't really share my opinion on these devices as I've never used them and even rarely see them

6) Xiaomi or Redmi: these ones have might have software issues on their low budget and midrange devices depending on the unit you get but if you get a perfect unit, that's heaven. Flagship Xiaomi devices have close to zero software and hardware problems sha. Also, MIUI update will most likely fix your problems

7) Samsung: you might get below par hardware on the cheap model like A series but good software is guaranteed. Flagship Samsung is heaven

I have never had a problem with the brand at all..
At least If one is compiling a list, one should compile a list with facts and concrete proofs why this or that brand has frequent software or hardware issues. And not compiling list like a stupid illiterate just because you hear say....
