Why all this arguments in the first place?
Go to Akoko in Ondo state,each town or community have their distinct dialect, their are towns like Ajowa,Arigidi,Ikaram, Ibaram ,Oke-Agbe and many others,anybody that is not from these identified communities cannot understand a single word from their dialects, but they still speak yoruba as their language. Okun people are yorubas, I have them as friends and they never dispute being Yoruba.
Yoruba world Congress was recently held in Kabba and their first class Obas often accompany Oni of Ife on foreign trip. Many people often come online to create controversy or controversial topics. Traditionally and historically Okun people are yorubas,kogi state is just an amalgamation of different ethnic groups.
