Little drops of water, make a mighty ocean. When major investors see the enabling infrastructure and other investors investing in the state, they too will key in. Government is in continuum, dave has provided the infrastructure and modernization, let the next government do the traveling and discussion with foreign investors. No one will invest where there is no infrastructure. Move on

But Dave has announced by the second quarter of this year he’ll recruit thousands into the state civil service. I believe even though that’s not enough, it’s a step in the right direction in the angle of human capital development. More needs to be done in that direction anyway. The next state government MUST MAINTAIN the existing infrastructure put in place by Dave, start and finish his own infrastructure, improve human capital, and attract major investors.
