Please can anyone recommend a small scale affordable gym in Abuja city. Preferably not far from town and with good trainers. If you can give directions and state prices, I would appreciate.

Also preferably not male dominated. I don't have any issue with mixed gyms except when you see 50 men in one small space lifting weights using side eye to watch just two ladies at the gym.

Even an aerobics center would do. Help anyone!
