Because of kidnappers in police uniform, the president here have instructed the guards at gate not to open to men in uniform without authorization from him or CSO.

He had no warrant of arrest. He had no right to enter the estate without permission. Even the president of the federal Republic of Nigeria has no right to enter without permission. He would be granted permission for his person and office, however, legally there is no law giving him the right to enter a purely residential area where no crime has been committed.

The security men were only doing their job. The whole lies by the police that the security men were informed 30 minutes before his arrival cannot stand.

The Security guys were totally at fault and overzealous. He his the number one security officer in the state. They should have seen his convoy and the his security team. If he had identified himself, he has every right to enter any area or community in the state whether gated or not. It is not about been intoxicated with power, but the authority that comes with his office. Lets call a spade a spade.
