Ok, all my order since mid last year has not been through nipost, so I assumed they don't use nipost anymore.

I just hope they continue to use that logistic for me.

It is not d issue of oga at the top, it the habit of average Nigerians working in public sector, they are either lazy, thief or saboteurs.

Even the boss can't do anything about it.
Anyway Aliexpress don't use Nipost in Abuja anymore, they use private logistic company owned by one Chinese man, they will even deliver it to u at home days before expected delivery day.

Bought the type that works with 4 cells. It was good while it works, until I packed it up for storage for about 7 months or so, when I brought it out for use, it was dead.

I did my research and found the number to be owned by EMS SPEED POST. An affiliate of the dreaded NIPOST. I'll give them a call tomorrow, so I'll know when it would be handed over to Speedaf. They close by 4pm daily

Why would Nipost hand over your item to speedaf?

your parcel might be yet to get to your local post office. Message nipost customer service on Gmail with ur tracking number they will tell you which local post ur parcel is at presently ..but be rest assure you will get ur parcel

I sent an email message to the customer care of Nipost and they replied to me that my parcel has been sent to my destination postal office awaiting collection since 22 Dec 2021 so I went to d Post office for collection and they denied having my parcel,I then sent another email message to Nipost telling them the destination they told me my item is denied any knowledge about it and they immediately sent me a tracking record of Nipost showing it arrived at my local postal office and I re send another message to them to send me the number and name of the agent in charge of the parcel uptill now they haven't replied.My local post office are telling that they will call me if my parcel should arrive and I have less than 2 weeks for my AE time to elapse in order to open dispute should the parcel not arrive. Please anyone with an advice ? Will I easily win a dispute should my parcel don't get to me? Do I have to message my Seller?

If it is an unregistered shipping method, that is were the tracking will stop. And items like that takes longer to get to you.

no harm in trying .. but my last package with a similar tracking number , I waited close to 4 months, even won dispute before it finically came just last week.
