Dear Nairalanders, I applied for passport renewal since December 2021, made the required payment through the new NIS application portal since Monday 3rd January, 2022 and till now my payment has not been confirmed. Pls, can anyone confirm if the delay is normal or there's a problem with my payment? Thank you in anticipation |

You will be served. Paid for new passport in August ending and just got it last week |

cardoso514: Thanks for your response My concern is that my payment hasn't been confirmed. I can't print payment receipt neither schedule an appointment for fingerprint and photo. Was your payment confirmed immediately? |
