Now I want to know how we could make her leave the house and make her pay all the six months she has used and the bills too

Omo! You guys already made a mistake of assuming someone who despite clear warnings against her behavior (dirtyness). Refused to clean up and act right, would obey an agreement to vacate the house in due time.

You didn't plan this situation properly and it has kinda backfired.

Consult a lawyer for further advise as this will form the basis of a legal eviction involving the police if it comes to that.
