She said the my relative favor Efe own them loan and I should tell her to pay back her loan that I am a garrantor that I am also liable to her case.

Did they tell you someone wants to use you as a guarantor to collect loan?

I also received several calls from same number some months back now. When the thing did not allow me to reply, I just put the number on blacklist.

That's how they behave, they'll use u as guarantor without ur knowledge and when the person that collected the loan refused to pay, they'll start threatening u, those loan companies are fraudsters themselves, they just give loans anyhow because they have ulterior motive, cunning man die, cunning man bury am tongue
