Good evening car gurus.

Please why does my Toyota Camry 2005 make a sharp, screeching noise whenever I'm doing a U-Turn or negotiating a sharp bend? My mechanic thinks it's a shaft problem and I have changed it but the I still hear the noise.

Plus my steering is stiff sometimes, except when I'm accelerating. Could steering pump issue give that screeching noise?

The power steering is the thing making the noise..there are power steering experts who can run it for u or get another one

Ask ur mechanic if he know how to run a power steering or get a new one
