I pity Abia state, so Abaribe knew that Abia state was in a mess and didn't voice it out until he wanted to run for the office. People should open their eyes biko, Abia youths better don't vote him.
I could remember vividly when Abaribe was asked what has achieved for the constituency he was representing, he only mentioned transformer and nothing much. I think *PDP* has failed Abians woefully but *APC* is not an option

Continue with your darling PDP now, lol. Has APC ever governed Abia state? I'm asking you because I need to know if your rejection of APC is based on the past failure of APC in Abia state or just the usual hatred of Ibos for APC is talking here.

Abia or Anambra

Seems Abaribe forgot that Anambra leads the Igbo nation.

See them!
Already confused :dragging who will lead.
This whole Biafra noise we all know is about power nothing else.
Add Enugu,Imo and Ebonyi to the mix and see how delusional this call is.

The truth is:Ibos are as divided as they claim.

Mumu when will you stop deceiving yourself by coming to accept that a typical Anambra person sees themselves as more superior to other igbo states?

Those Anambra people will rather and gladly give out there daughter's hand in marriage to a fulani or yoruba senator's son than allowing an average Abia, imo, Enugu average business guy.

If you like call me fulani or yoruba for telling you the truth. Ogbasaghim, eziokwu na agba agba na nti.

Abaribe is a hypocrite. That he talks too much as a senator is not a guarantee for competence. He was once a deputy Governor and now a senator and nothing to show for it in his own constituency.
He has never spoken against bad governance caused by PDP in Abia. Always deceiving the gullible and useless people of Abia by supporting IPOB. Inwardly he hate IPOB but just want to use them to cash out.
Now he is talking about competence not zoning. Tomorrow he will say it's the turn of South East to rule. Is he also aware there are many competent people in the North and South West that can rule this country for 50 years if zoning is jettisoned.
Deceivers everywhere
North/Sw Ruling for 50 years and deepening the nation as the poverty capital of the world as well as becoming more poorer than other Zones. Are you happy with Nigeria since these two zones have been ruling. The more they rule, the poorer their zones. Look at what is happening in katstina state today, very insecure with poverty dotting all the corners despite all the national wealth is been dump there at their disposal.
SW today still regretted Obasanjo's 8 years as the worst that ever happened to them: no single benefit. They got nothing. SE you are talking about today are having what I termed rural to city development instead of city to rural development. It means that Nigeria will wake up one-day to see the whole East in another fashion. Having said these, I think Abaribe should be giving benefit of doubt despite the fact that he's fro Old Aba zone

Same Abaribe that you cannot point one project he has done throughout his tenure as a senator. He is part of the present Government of darkness. How can someone who cannot see things right set things right? Abia state is truly cursed with vision less and selfish leaders. They have an industrious populace but their leaders keep failing them. Abaribe is a scam and unfit to hold that position.
Abaribe has highlighted his verifiable projects.he has donated more than 200 transformers to his constituents to mention but a few.he isn't a noise maker

Igbos should be united, it doesn't matter who leads, but who can take the Igbo nation to the promise land, your statement can bring rancor.
So if Anambra who is the supposed leader of the Igbo nation lacks the will power to lead the agitation, should Abia another state with vibrant men fold there hands.
Abaribe has more will power than Soludo in terms of the agitation of Igbos. He is pro biafra and I think the only govt office holder who has been outspoken about the agitation.
Igbos should unite to achieve their goal, enough of all this divisive statement, who is core Igbo and who is not.

Mind you am just a Niger Deltan from a sister state who believes Igbos have been marginalised enough.
Please, can you show me how Igbos have been "marginalized"?

I don’t believe in one man messiah in politics especially in Nigerian politics bt let who is competent be voted in.

That’s what will make a difference not where the person is from.

What competence do you talk about concerning a failure that took constituent allowance on unexecuted project for close to 20 years. Are we talking about the competence with which this diehard criminals loot or the competence of his failure in executing a single project in close to 20 years or you are another lunatic that argue he was not elected to execute project only elected to pocket constituent allowance yearly.

A failed state like Abia, with nothing but failures n lunatics must not be allowed to lead any soul. A leader should lead his home right before leading a community. Abaribe rethoricsof doom after 4 years as deputy n nearly 20 years as a senator should earned death by sting not consolidating his failure as a leader.

Rescue Abia, Igboland or Anambra from Ipob or who?

Ok @ least he has acknowledged the fact that the South East of Nigeria was destroyed by Easterners & not Northerners as promoted by Propagandist?

Hilarious how Abaraibe that has been openly supporting IPOB now wants to run for governorship of Abia state. Doesn't he believe in Biafra land again? The Hypocrisy is alive.

Another point that supports that the IPOB agenda was masterminded and partly sponsored by PDP terrorist politicians just to cause mayhem and discredit the efforts of the ruling government.
