So many baseless and sentimental take sef, Barca is still in financial ruins till date cos of several reasons like the huge wages given to some of their players, Messi in particular. Barca has been on the decline before Messi left, but the midgetonians will not see the obvious.
What about the various accolades and trophies that Ronaldo won at Juventus??
I'd rather take a Idrissa Gueye over the Lig 1 Messi I dey see now, like 1 goal after how many debut matches. I'd rather have a supposed useless Ronaldo with 8 league goals in a competitive league like the EPL than a Messi with 1 league goal in a farmer's league.

Ronaldo should better humble himself before he lost the little respect football fans have for him. Imaging a senior player working out from the fans without appreciating after games he did not win or scores. He left Madrid on bad terms with Florentino Perez, he left Juventus on bad teams and now he is about to do that with is beloved man United. You think that’s the kind of player pep well go for. Thank God he changed us mind by joining United.
