I actually paid for ihs first but it failed and I filled in the reference number I got in my application.

Hi everyone,

I just collected my dependent's passport only to see it blank with no decision letter. Has anyone experienced this? Their application is currently under administrative review after a refusal based on additional proof of marriage which has been submitted in the 1st week of January 2022 and ought to be treated within 28 days, but the collection mail came in within a week after.

Your input will be appreciated.

Take it from me first hand as I went through this experience recently. YOU CANNOT TRAVEL WITH CHILDREN ON A STUDENT VISA IF THE OTHER PARENT IS NOT COMING EXCEPT THE OTHER PARENT IS DEAD, THE STUDENT SHOWS PROOF (court evidence) THAT SHE HAS SOLE CUSTODY FOR THE CHILDREN OR THE ECO IS CONVINCED THAT IT IS IN THE BEST INTEREST OF THE CHILDREN TO TRAVEL WITH YOU (This particular test is very subjective and open to different interpretation).

I emphasise here a consent letter will not suffice. I submitted 2 different consent letters (one signed by my daughter's father solely and the second signed by both parents) and I still received a NSF mail. In conclusion I had to involve a UK immigration lawyer to sort out the application before things were messed up and here we are now in the UK.

Please who can help me out

So here's my story. I am gunning for May 2022 Intake, I applied to 3 schools through an agent (a friend) in December. The Schools were Ulster, Chester, and Bedfordshire. We successfully submitted all applications on the 10th of December, and till now, I am yet to get an offer. I have been seeing here people who applied to Ulster and Chester last month and had been given offers.

Now, the funny thing is I applied to Leeds Beckett for Project Management on my own (though its for September 2022) and I was given an offer last week.

Is there a preference on the side of the schools if individuals apply by themselves or what? I don't even know what to think at the moment. Now I wish I had just applied by myself undecided. Anyone ever experienced this? Any plausible explanation for this? Please allay my worries.

You need to order for day 2 and 8 tests if you are not fully vaccinated.

I want pay for IHS and Visa application fee today but school resumes on 24th January. Pls is it possible I do walk-in? Heard it's suspended currently. Secondly which TLS centre is better between Ikeja and VI?
They say closer dates are opening up at VI so try to book an appointment on the website.

Good day I’m not sure about undergraduate because I applied for a postgraduate degree. But mostly Documents you submitted to your school to get your admission and CAS.
2. The visa fee is about 470 for a standard application, the IHS fee depends on the number of years for your course. I paid 978 for a year and you have to pay extra 50pounds to use the VI center.

Yes oh. God's favour all the way. I really am not a regular here but when I see enquiries and/or responses that are similar to my experience, I like to just lend my voice to the debate before a costly mistake is made. It is up to the viewers to take it or leave it.

I learnt a lot from this page when I was processing my student visa and it is my own way of returning the favour. Ciao.

I am so sorry to hear this, I had a friend who experienced a similar issue. I will ask her to find out how she addressed it, If you don’t mind tho, do you have any idea why your refusal was based on additional proof of marriage ? Was your marriage recent ? And what proof did you provide when asked?

Bro administrative review is 90 days or more ignore the 28 days.. if the administrative review is successful UKVI will email you to resubmit your passport.
