That road that passes from kabba thru obajana cement factory was built by Dangote with his personal money, travellers use the road as shortcut, so if u hav not passed that place by 2 at most don't follow that route, use okene, the traffic there na mad, trailers pass 100 coming and going on each sides plus a bout 1000 trucks parked on both side of the road.

You are very correct, it can get blocked anytime and can last from 2 hours to several hours even 2 days atimes . Some times you will be lucky and drive through no traffic

For those who are conversant with the road, before the expansion of dangote cement phase 3 & 4 there were suggestions and advice to dangote to find an alternative route for the Lokoja kabba federal road, now the way the phase3 and phase4 was constructed the federal road is now in the middle of the factory, thereby causing untold hardship for commuters, because those trailer drivers pack any how they like and can even be discharging 600 bags of cement from one trailer to another, blocking the road and no body there say anything

Normally, the roads do get a bit busy on weekends Fridays-Sundays.
