Since last year I have been having this issue of difficulty in speaking.
I need help please
if I want to speak I will force my body and throat so that I will be able to say a words out loud
The person that am talking to won't be able to hear what I am saying clearly.
Am also having discomfort on my throat as if it tight and a little itchy.
This have made me to stop my work
Because I can't communicate well
With people or talk nor chat it makes
Me to avoid people because of this
Condition.
I have been called for different
interview but I couldn't go because
Of this condition,the previous ones
I went to the hr ask me to talk about
Myself I tried to speak but he said he

Having internal sickness I said no
He didn't give me the job because
He said I am sick.
Since them I have been jobless recently the condition is getting worst.
I can't even pick my calls the person
That am talking to won't be able to
Understand what I am saying.
Please I need ur advice hv gone to
Luth hospital they did a test on me using a long tiny rod that has camera on it to check my throat after then
They keep postponing my appointment.
But I Have gone to private ent hospital I can't afford them it too costly am feeling depress now

Thanks guys for ur advice , the prof doctor in luth told me that my test result shows that ulcer gas from my body is cause of my speech issue ,she prescribed this drugs for me nexium ,gelcer,kotase.
