Good Afternoon Fam,

Please I am having an issue getting past Compliance Team at the University of Sunderland, and I need help.

So back in 2019, my company was invited to Pitch one of the Products I was managing at the time at an event/competition in Turkey, and I was supposed to be one of the delegates, however, only one of us got a Turkey visa, as he was able to apply for e-visa. whereas, another colleague and I were not granted visas. No visa or refusal stamp or even a refusal letter was given.

Now, I had declared on my application that I had a visa refusal to Turkey in the past when filling my application, and I was given admission. I have paid tuition, now, the Compliance team is requesting for refusal letter to see the reason the visa was not granted.

I have done everything possible, I even called the compliance team and the person that spoke to me told me I should get a letter from the Agent that processed the application for us back then and attach it to the mail, which I did, however, I received a response from another member of the Compliance team insisting that Embassy must have given me a refusal letter and I should check again..

Please what can I do?

Does this bank have just a branch in your location?if not why not check another branch?printer issue is usually local..

I got an unconditional offer from the school, but the admission team have not send a copy of the letter...

Hi. How many days did it take you to respond to the nsf mail sent to you? I got a nsf mail last Friday and I responded on Saturday. Timeline from your response and the decision have been made? Thanks

Replied same day on Tuesday, 2 hours after. So 3 working days.

You people should stop decalaring your visa refusal to your school. Those letters are usually generic. You just have to look for someone with a turkey refusal letter, scan and send to them since they are insisting or better yet apply to another school because they will not give you CAS.

This is not a good idea, schools are very likely to withhold your tuition fee deposit in the even of visa refusal if you did not disclose previous visa refusal.

Is it advisable to use the account of POF to make Form A Payment for school fees deposit especially when the account is already on 27th day maturity.

Hope it won’t raise any red flag

At all oh. When I got there the lady told me they have to send me a mail to bring my passport that I should just hold on I’ll get the mail soon because she took the print out I had and went to check their system.
