Won on the MTNSOS promo on the 23 of December 2021. An sms was sent to me, I downloaded the Jumia app and did the needful. The order was slated to be delivered 27th of December 2021. Then on the 27th the system cancelled the order, since then I have spoken with MTN and Jumia on the matter.

Jumia said on the 28th of December that it will be replaced , it's over 10 days and nothing has been done. I don't know if we have a body that regulates promotion in Nigeria.

If you have same experience let's gather here.

Omo, I taya 4 their matter oo.. Have you tried calling MTN or Jumia Customer service? What was their response?

I called Jumia nd MTN. At some point MTN called me with 180 to tell me it will be sorted.

Some days ago, I called jumia agent, after wasting my airtime and time as well, they finally answered just to say, "it's currently sorted". I was just dumbfounded

We may end up not getting anything. Let still dey observe them.

I received mine, you just have to be patient

You have to be patient as long as you are tracking it on the app. I entered my voucher code on December 22 but was just delivered on January 10.

was yours cancelled before ?

No way for us to track as the order has been cancelled.

Na big scam abeg. MTN says it's jumia fault, jumia says it's MTN fault. Both of them customer service dor use me play football. I have given up on them. They were never ready to ship in large quantities.

I received a call from a Jumia customer on Friday to check if my package was delivered which i reply no, was told it will be delivered soon, next I saw was an SMS that the order has been canceled after many attempts to deliver.

Just got my hamper today, it was initially cancelled so i just komot mind. I didnt bother tracking self. Got a text with a code followed by a call and boom I got the delivery. No be scam o.

It has been delivered.
