It's because is still God that does it, even with your money and IVF, if God doesn't answer the prayer, it will still be a fruitless effort. I know of someone who has tried IVF multiple times, yet it didn't work out, my prayer is God should answer their prayers speedily.

Y'all talking about IVF, you don't know meme. I know of a woman who gave birth naturally after 18yrs of marriage. That is what God can do. God told you he will build a house for you, you saying you don't have money for nails.
When God wants to prove himself mighty, he breaks so many protocols to do it, the only thing needed is prayer and faith...just keep believing, you are going to see wonder wonders of God that your brain can't fathom
