Qualification B.Sc., HND, M.sc

Job Description:
-
- To coordinate all functions of the cooperative
- Business development
- Facility management
- To represent the interest of the housing cooperative in business and service delivery
- To establish new businesses that would grow the organization
- To facilitate sales of housing projects affiliated with the cooperative
- To supervise and train subordinates to effectively work as a team in order to get tasks
done for the sole purpose of achieving the general goal(s)
- To render all required reports to the MD/CEO of FirstHome
- To render advisory services related to businesses
- Other activities as may be required
