They regretted the one they did to stop his candidates at the NASS in 2015, which produced Saraki and Dogara. It affected Buhari. Tinubu refused to intervene, despite plea from Abba Kyari, the late COS. That's why they allowed his boys in 2019, and Buhari knows the difference now.
