That was a beautiful header from Haller

Beautiful header

Goal of the tournament contender

Modified..

4th Goal disallowed. Offside

It would take something special for anyone to beat Achraf Hakimi's free-kick against Gabon.

If Simon Moses had scored that Troost-Ekong goal, it would have still been difficult to beat.

Yesterday game, onyeka cameo wasn’t better than nwakali first half performance. I don’t know what nwakali did to you, but accept your inaccurate predictions regarding him because so far, he has played well in his last 2 games
Even if Nwakali plays shit, once it is komekn who is criticizing him, I will jump and pass.

Him own don pass criticism, it is obsessive, obliterating hatred.

Ejuke has been our worst player in this tournament.

Sadiq should be on three goals now if Ejuke had passed to him against Egypt after Sadiq did all the hard work to control, turn and pass to him.
Bringing club football here again. Why is England not playing Grealish or Sancho as 9?
Personally, I would have dropped either Onyekuru/Olayinka for Desser.
So many wingers yet play Iwobi on the wings. Play Iwobi in Iheanacho's role or sit him on the bench.

Gbam. They be wasting the young man outwide. Just play him in the middle so he can string needle passes

If Tunisia win today:

In our bracket, the only feared name is Senegal (maybe Mali too, they meet Senegal in the quarters if both win, one will knock out etither way).

In the other bracket, Cameroon, Ivory Coast, Morocco, Egypt and Tunisia will all knock themselves out to meet the team in our bracket that makes it to the final.

I am indifferent towards Nwakali.

I am mentioning him for the first time...I actually thought Iwobi and Sadiq were the ones with obviously underwhelming performances yesterday.

Nwakali had a decent showing particularly in the first half in my opinion.

Not interested in any unnecessary back and forth..but if you can bring up stats to back up your claim..I will be interested.

My approach to games stats is they are indicative and not conclusive .

They help you to understand a player not necessarily conclude.

And your are entitled to your opinion again its a matter of perspective. What for instance Klopp and Pep will call a great performance is different from what Moyes and Gerrard will consider great.

But what I can assure the KPI 's associated with Midfield play will be at the center of it. Those KPI's , I have already stated.

What would be interesting was for you to state where in those KPI' s he Nwakali excelled, or was good in your own opinion.❓
