You cannot be a totally sane man and rule the Rivers State of today. However, as far as I am concerned, Amaechi did a much better job than Wike. Every unbiased mind who follows Rivers State politics knows that. In fact, Amaechi derailed the moment he started fighting Jonathan.

Both Amaechi and Wike are just two sides of the same coin. If I had other viable options without the situation in 2015:I will never vote for either of them.
Although Amaechi first tenure as governor was powered by Wike and that was when all the projects accredited to him were initiated. When Wike left him in second tenure he couldn't find what to do with money save sponsoring Buharis election.
I don't compare both of them in terms of projects because they didn't have same amount of money. Amaechi was averaging 40b every month as governor of Rivers State. Wike is managing with even less than half of that. I rate Wike higher in developmental initiatives. Financial houses in Nigeria also have high rating for him.
