I am not sure the update is responsible. Just download full ROM and Reinstall. There is a reason I prefer downloading full ROM than incremental updates.

You can't use your laptop as a determinant. I still maintain have you connected it to all WiFi sources with the same outcome. That is how troubleshooting is done.

I have connected to another WiFi source and it's still the same outcome. I even notice now that when I on the hot-spot it's not visible for other devices to connect.

You may be right.but how do i distinguish global from european rom because I have miui global 12.5.6 stable. Written on my About phone page. I wanted to put the screenshot here .but it's like i am not doing something right. someone should please help me with the process.

That one is because your hotspot is set on 5GHZ Band by default and not all devices sees it. Change it to 2.4Ghz

Follow what they said: uninstall recent apps.
You should also undo any recent changes you made, including changes to fonts, wallpaper etc

I almost cried one time when my phone misbehaved for "no reason". Turned out to be the font I'd just installed

Hold power button to shut it off. Then try turning it back on and hold power Button with up volume button and try rebooting it there.

I will show you how to differentiate now.

If you check my own rom letters it has MI as in RJZ [MI] XM
MI is global version in any ROM you see whereas yours still same lettering but instead of having MI, it is replaced with EU showing it is an european version.

I believe that European version and global version are almost same thing both hardware and software wise.

A little more notes to include:

My rom is RJZMIXM
R - Android version (Android 11 also called Red Velvet Cake)
JZ - Device alphabet index ( our devices' name is Joyeuse)

MI, CN, RU, EU, ID, TR, IN - Global or China ROM, or region

XM, CT, KT etc - Cell phone operator code

MI - Global

IN - India

CN - China

RU - Russia

EU - Europe

ID - Indonesia

Yours is RJZEUXM. The EU shows yours as an european version.
When we get android 12, our rom versions will change only the first letter like this.:

Mine that is a global version will be SJZMIXM and yours will be SJZEUXM. The preceding S is Snow cone which is android 12 name.
