I always ask myself , why do ibo always lie to themselves ? Why...
No capital projects that worth 6 billion dollars in any ibo City... Purchasing power there is poor.. igr is very poor... If I may ask ... Pls can you tell us what make onitha the richest city...

Onisha wey no man worth 500m dollars dey live.... No international airport...
It's not generating anything compare to asaba.... For natural resources , onisha poor , capital resources , onitha poor , human resources onisha poor....No popular celebrate or recognized government officials that live there...

Abeg the only place you can call a rich city in Nigeria it's ETI OSA LG In lagos... Followed by garlic/ maitama in Abuja , port Harcourt , asaba , ibadan and any other south south cities...
Reasons I placed ibadan above all cities in ibo Land is this...
8 months of vat report showed that ibadan alone generated more money from purchasing power than the whole of Southeast....

IBADAN GENERATED 69B
SOUTHEAST GENERATED 29B
And Ibadan Electricity Distribution Company went bankrupt, no be poverty cause inability to pay bills?

Hahaha if you like snap the whole of Warri, it is more economically viable than Onitsha, and any city in Southeast Nigeria.
Compare yourself with your mates dude.

If I may ask, what do you (Warri) have that make you think you can compare yourself with any Igbo village, what would be your answer?

You now understand why I can't entertain you

What you have in all your Igbo cities are in Warri. That is why there are so many Igbos there in search of greener pastures than there are Warri people in East in search of greener pastures.

Shut up. It is not just about oil. There is a good percentage of oil in Imo than Anambra yet Anambra is wealthier than Imo. There is more oil in Akwa Ibom than Delta yet Delta is richer than Akwa Ibom. Chill, we are already above oil in Delta.

Lagos is blessed by God to be the father of all states in Nigeria, apart from being a coastal city with Atlantic ocean that make access to other country of the world possible, it is equally a gateway to West African countries and has the best form of transportation system in Nigeria, roadnetwork, airport and deep seaport.

A state that ceased to be capital of the country over 20years ago still attracts modern and latest development. Dangote refinery, the largest single refinery in the world and Eko Atlantic are not just development of the present but would remain relevant many years to come.

Lagos State attracts the best human resources all over Nigeria, a cidatel of excellence and an aggressive and competitive place where merit becomes the norm. It's indigenous people have entrenched love and harmony into the city making it becomes a culture of every inhabitant of Lagos state.

Lagos is a learning ground for success due to its competitive nature of limited resources compared to it's huge population.

It has huge economy being the commercial nerve of the country, its a city of professionals, businessmen, home for entertainment, sports and games.

When you compare Lagos with other states in Nigeria, you can only refer to her ancestor while others are children

Lagos is blessed naturally. I dont like people saying tinubu made lagos what she is today.

Guys, I was reading a book; The Richest Man in Babylon. At a point Babylon was referenced as the richest city in the world.

While meditating on what I read, I asked myself the question, which is the richest city in Nigeria?

a. Abuja
b. Lagos
c. Kano
d. Port Harcourt

Kindly give you candid answers with the reason why you chose the city you will choose.

Your kind opinion will be helpful in drawing my strategies for this year.
Despite the unnecessary excess population in lagos today she has the highest gdp per capital income.
Followed by rivers then kano. I don't know about abuja

Where is the official data? Lagos still has the highest gdp per capita in nigeria despite influx of unnecessary poor migrations

Anambra State needs a leader that can't fix roads and Electricity before we can start comparing it with major cities in Nigeria.
I am from Anambra state and the truth is that the whole South East has been ignored by its Sons and daughters to decay because there are no Industries and the Standard of living is very low.
Igbos have individual money and wealth which are invested or kept outside the Southeast because of fear of the unknown and evil that always creep in to the east (bad government)
We need a political solution to the problem of South East and also good leaders that will understand that unity brings development faster.

No doubt, there are Igbo intellectuals in Warri to take care of the few things/federal institutions that requires Brians while you and your people drink kai kai. No excuses here because if we (Ndigbo) don't seize that opportunity in Warri, Yoruba people will. It's a race to seize opportunities from drunks

But saying that what is in East is in Warri is a funny quote that a drunk person would make

That is why we value them here. Trading is needed to make the economy of Delta stable. Apart from trading, Igbos aren't into any other thing in Delta. They don't produce nor make but only sell and distribute.

We aren't creative but it is an Urhobo man that introduced the whole of Nigeria to ice fish! It was an Urhobo man that started Oceanic Bank even though we know it has collapsed. No bank ever started by an Igbo has reached the state of Oceanic Bank as at then.

Urhobo man started a brewery company before any Igbo person ventured into it.

I wonder what is your definition of brain.

LOL. Everything happening in Warri is courtesy of Igbo. Both commerce and otherwise. The ones we don't handle are in the hands of Yorubas (take the administrative section of the oil rigs for example). You people are too alcohol induced to think of doing anything.

So comparing Warri that we see as warehouse to our actual abode is a joke taken too far.

So I ask again, what is it that you have that makes you think your Warri can rock shoulders with any Igbo village?

People of Babylon flooded Nineveh, Susa, Ecbatana and all surrounding cities and the trading success made Babylon greater than others. Stop reasoning like afonja, read the book

Once you people get access to clean water, I will answer your question. You lack electricity, good roads, water, etc.
