What you have in all your Igbo cities are in Warri. That is why there are so many Igbos there in search of greener pastures than there are Warri people in East in search of greener pastures.

Igbos in Warri, I don't believe it. Even me I'm scared of the place grin grin

That is why we value them here. Trading is needed to make the economy of Delta stable. Apart from trading, Igbos aren't into any other thing in Delta. They don't produce nor make but only sell and distribute.

We aren't creative but it is an Urhobo man that introduced the whole of Nigeria to ice fish! It was an Urhobo man that started Oceanic Bank even though we know it has collapsed. No bank ever started by an Igbo has reached the state of Oceanic Bank as at then.

Urhobo man started a brewery company before any Igbo person ventured into it.

I wonder what is your definition of brain.

Zentih Bank and UBA are for who please?

Port Harcourt by far is the richest city in Nigeria. Lagos has far more poor people than middle class and rich while Port Harcourt has more of upper middle class and lower middle class than poor and super rich. 2ndly all the money shared in Abuja and Lagos originates from Niger Delta

From the part of the book posted it is talking about the Per-capital income of Babylon. The book said the "Richness of Babylon is not in the Government Coffers" .
It just like saying Akwa ibom is Richer than Rivers since it receives Higher incomes than Rivers when we know the people of akwa ibom are less Richer than Rivers.

Anambra have a higher per capital imcome than Delta and ibadan combined.
According to stats, Anambra is the second city with the lowest poverty Rate after Lagos( note; Abuja is not a state).

Anambra has a lower poverty rate than Delta and to me that's for Richness is all about. Not what is in government coffers. Two years ago Akwaibom was collecting Higher revenue than delta, should we had then said akwa ibom is far far richer than delta state? Use una head Na.

My richest cities according to the Rate of poverty in Nigeria is line below.

Lagos
Abuja(though it shouldn't be included)
Anambra
Rivers
Kano
Delta
Imo
Kaduna
Ibadan
Uyo
Aba

your otedola is a poor man compared to nestol oil!

when we had the likes of ojukwu in the early 20th century cruising on rolls royce your yoruba ancestors never knew wat the the tyre of a rolls royce looked like.

to-date there is still a clear disparity in wealth Between the Igbos and yorubas.

while the former is buying up everywhere, the latter are carrying pla-cards, staging protest calling on tinubu to save them from Igbos threatning to push them into the lagoon with millions.

Just like other wealthy businessmen/women and monach of his time, the Ooni also boasts of luxury cars in his fleet.

The most luxurious of these cars is the Rolls-Royce Phantom V. The Rolls-Royce was the preferred method of transport for Ooni Oba Aderemi until his demise.

As a tribute to the late Ooni, his rare Phantom V was put on display during OAU’s convocation events held from 11th to Saturday, 14th December 2019.

Other world’s famous owners of the Rolls-Royce Phantom V include John Lennon, Queen Elizabeth II and King Olav V of Norway.

Adesoji aderemi was using the same roll Royce with Queen Elizabeth then

ONITSHA.

This is from your port statistics,
“Onitsha port will serve the South East Nigeria; in fact, Onitsha port will be the most viable port as over 60 per cent of cargo in Nigeria goes to Onitsha, so it is going to be a very busy port,” Ibrahim said.

The richest city in Nigeria and west Africa is Lagos, there are cities in Nigeria that produce millionaires with a short period of time.
1. Lagos
2. Onitsha
3. Aba
4. Nnewi
5. Port Harcourt
6. Kano
7. Ibadan
In these cities, if you are hard working the chance of making it is high.

Port-Harcourt is also a coastal city with same access to the Atlantic Ocean. Lagos has advantage cos of its status as former capital
Ttalk:
Lagos is blessed by God to be the father of all states in Nigeria, apart from being a coastal city with Atlantic ocean that make access to other country of the world possible, it is equally a gateway to West African countries and has the best form of transportation system in Nigeria, roadnetwork, airport and deep seaport.

A state that ceased to be capital of the country over 20years ago still attracts modern and latest development. Dangote refinery, the largest single refinery in the world and Eko Atlantic are not just development of the present but would remain relevant many years to come.

Lagos State attracts the best human resources all over Nigeria, a cidatel of excellence and an aggressive and competitive place where merit becomes the norm. It's indigenous people have entrenched love and harmony into the city making it becomes a culture of every inhabitant of Lagos state.

Lagos is a learning ground for success due to its competitive nature of limited resources compared to it's huge population.

It has huge economy being the commercial nerve of the country, its a city of professionals, businessmen, home for entertainment, sports and games.

When you compare Lagos with other states in Nigeria, you can only refer to her as ancestor while others cities are it's descendant children

World Bank,UNDP etc have already confirmed that there is a large cloak of poverty in the SE more than anywhere in the South.
