So Jesus came in the flesh but after his baptism the spirit of God took over Jesus and the true God used Jesus' words to write His laws in the hearts of CHRISTIANS.

There are several gospels that didn't make it into the biblical cannon. Eg the gospel of Peter and the gospel of Thomas. Many other books didn't make it into the biblical cannon aside these gospels.
