This is like police shooting on sight armed robbers of petty crime. Oil thieves are to be arrested and handed over to sister agencies for investigation, trial and punishment! This is why we have the constitution.

Since the emergence of Buhari and his band of thieves, everyone has been acting strange especially the security outfits. They have become lord over all.
