This Op (Philipponzaghi) is a confirmed tribalist and it's quite appalling ng that Nairaland pushes these divisive news to front page just to get more eyeballs and engagement. If you scan through this OP's topics, he only reports crimes committed by Igbos and 99% of those threads make it to front page. While on the other hand, he reports achievements by yorubas ex:

"David Odekunle Accepted into 7 Ivy League Colleges"

"Foluke Oyedeji-Laosebikan promoted to Queens Council in Canada"

But all the news pertaining Igbos are all crime related and they are immediately pushed to the front page. It's quite unfortunate that this platform all Nigerians see as a safe space to air opinions and get unbiased news has been turned into one that promotes and invokes tribalism.

If you check my post timeline, you’ll see I’ve desist from posting lot of drug arrest by Nigerians abroad daily because people like you paint me a tribalist for doing so.

I’m an independent reporter of drug crimes, they are majorly done in Asia and unfortunately almost 99% of the drug traffickers caught are from one single tribe.

I backpedaled a bit from reporting it because trust me, the Indians are arresting Nigerians almost everyday for drug crimes and if I keep reporting it daily it will be too hard for the tribe majorly doing this to swallow.

For calling me a tribalist, I am now volunteering to make sure I report the arrest of drug traffickers daily as they happen and not try to be lenient. So that the tribalist tag can eventually stick.

Just watch for my threads from now on!

Why blame the OP for your kinsmen committing 99% of the crimes Nigerians do abroad?

You are not even ashamed to still deny the fact that Yorubas undoubtedly lead in intellectual achievements inside and outside Nigeria.

There's a reason why your people all run from their homelands. There's a reason why the best amongst them must have lived in South West.

Stop complaining about the OPs honesty and worry more about how Igbo language is fast becoming the lingua franca in most jails in Asia.

However, you are a confirmed idiot if you somehow believe Yorubas don't commit as much crimes as igbos or Igbos aren't high achievers abroad. It will be silly to sit here and list the multitude of crimes committed by yorubas today alone nor would it benefit anyone if I were to list accomplishments by igbos as that will not only be childish, I wouldn't be able to complete the task in a finite time.

Silly trolls like you and many others on this platform will always exist just like they do on other Internet platforms. But it's rather appalling that mods are also in on this divisive tactics. They are supposed to set the standard here. While they cannot completely rid this place of tribalists, they shouldn't encourage it either. Pushing threads from people who's main objective is to slander a whole tribe, doesn't help anyone.
