Nde Ngwa can't keep power beyond 2023.There is nothing like Old Bende and Old Aba in today's political equation.
He should embrace the reality of today which are 3 senatorial zones of which there is existing agreement for power to rotate between the 3 senatorial zone to avoid marginalization of any zone.

These saboteurs are a disgrace.

And

It's has become obvious that in the entirety of the entity called Nigeria, elections have nothing to do with the electorate. Seriously undemocratic.
and that is the main reason why this country refuses to develop, politicians are busy dragging rotation of power for their own personal interest without considering the people in their bidding.

While igbos are talking of Zoning in presidential seat, but their governors decided not to honour the zoning arrangements in their states and Ohanneze is afraid of calling Abaribe to order.

Is there any zone that don't have competent personalities to run the state?
Then why are you calling the North and South west not to contest for president. Why crying that this the turn of South east?
Call a spade a spade and shame the devil.

We all know that all the game is for the next Gov not to go to Abia North.

I just laugh at Don Ubani.....Well-done...You go chop L last last.

Don't mind the greedy politician, the Governorship must go to Abia North come 2023, in the spirit of equity and understanding as espoused by the founding fathers of the state.
Ikpeazu is perfectly right here.

All three senatorial zones have ruled Abia since the return of democracy to Nigeria 1999, now it is rational thinking for every zone to bring out their best candidate and go to the polls. After the incoming regime, the next senatorial zones continue the equity after 2031.

They are urging him to jettison it but I will advise him to follow the process the way he met it.

How can a Deputy Chief of Staff to the Deputy-Gov (who is from Abia North) be stressing for the Guber not to go to his boss' zone? It's not as if an Asa or Ukwa man will win oooo; it will still go to an ObiNgwa man.

Ikpeazu should carry on jare.

I know this state called Abịa like the back of my plans...all in power there are drunkards..

Don Ubani wants power to go to Abia Central where the worst thief after Abacha, T.A Orji and his son hails from..paving way for Ikuku to pick PDP ticket and then finish Abịa Kpatakpata.

The Kogi senator was right. You cannot find a refined politician like Peter Obi, Soludo and co in power in Abịa State, no never. All of them are potbellied and drenched in the latest wine and alcohol.

Expecting good news from Abia is like expecting Irag to win world cup...e no fit happen...em no even qualify sef. grin

Just forgive me, I don't see anyone from Abia as sensible, all of them including MNK...they are all idiots, cheats and charlatans.

Aguiyi Ironsi...died like a fowl, a sturborn idiot.
Adolphus Wabara...a greedy slowpoke, impeached by Obj.
Orji Uzor Kalu...a swindler, cheat and ritualist, I heard his doctorate from ABSU have been revoked.
MNK...a charlatan, who knowing fully well that his ESN have been decimated, and no more vision and road map for the Biafran project, decided to turn himself in so that the Nigerian government will imprisoned him. By so doing he will spend many years in prison while the funds contributed by gullible Igbos will be growing fat in his crypto wallets..with her sister from Abia, Mrs Nnennaya banking some for him..by the time he will be out, the Biafran project will die a natural death. He will elope to a far distant country and enjoy his wealth forever.

If this is not MNK's plans with the Nigerian government, Abeg tell me wetin carry am go Kenya...is UN, ICC located in Kenya...no be oloshos na in full Kenya..He wore his fendi to Kenya to have a good time with Kenyan babes and then turn himself in to Nigerian government.

That's the problem with envious losers like you. Something just has be bad about Abia. Is your state better than Abia? Jealousy.

Where is Dr. Michael Okpara (the best politician igbos ever had) from?

You are calling General Aguiyi Ironsi names, is any body from your lineage or state more accomplished than him?

As bad as thibgs are at the moment for Abia state, which igbo politician is more vocal and seasoned than Senator Enyinnaya Abaribe?

You see why ngwa people cannot be trusted with power? T.A ORJI as bad as he was, loyally handed power to ngwa in solidarity with Abia charter of equity which will clock round the three senatorial zones. Anyway, you know power is shifting to Abia North come what may

Mr man read my comment very well, I never indicated anywhere that southeast "must" be the next president, get my point and have peace of mind and besides, I believe politics is a game of balance, so every region have the right to produce candidate for presidency but it is the electorates' choice that matters at the end.

Don Ubani is correct, but he should not lose sleep because Ikpeazu cannot win, not even a local government chairman position in Obingwa LGA, not to talk of going to the senate after spending 8 years as a governor
He failed as a governor. What happened to Ajimobi in Oyo state will happen to him.
Failed governor.

You're sounding like a slow poke. First am from Anambra State. Am proud son of Orumba. Chuka Umunna, British MP is from Orumba, Alex Ekwueme first Executive VP of Nigeria is from Orumba. Now Anambra State in General, can you compare Abia to Anambra on what grounds, you're a joke.
Michael Ọkpara is Igbo's finest politician says who. Where are the likes of Alvan Ikoku, Nnamdi Azikiwe, KO Mbadiwe, Sam Mbakwe, Alex Ekwueme. Name one Abia man on Nigeria's currency.

Go to park road/York and buy small Thailand, you need am bad bad

Mumu....lol.... Alvan Ikoku is from Amangwu, AROCHUKWU in Abia State. He is in the 10 naira currency dude.

Commodore Ebitu Ukiwe was the brave Vice President to IBB who stood gallantly against IBB registering Nigeria into OIC (Organization of Islamic Countries)

Michael Okpara remains the best politician igbos ever had who made eastern region the fastest growing economy in the world in his era.

Mumu, google ABRAHAM GODSON the first elected black politician in Poland....you think only anambra has names? Lol.... Imo, Enugu, Ebonyi all have successful people abroad so keep your inferiority complex elsewhere biko.

Chai.... Faber see ehn...you are indeed a wannabe....never you compare abia to anambra again... both have varied strengths and weaknesses. i rest my case.

You're talking nonsense Abia is a shithole State. Everyone knows that. All the people you mentioned are feather weight politicians..apart from Alvan Ikoku whom I mentioned earlier, though I forgot he was born in Arochukwu and died in ABA...the rest are local Abia champions. Ebute Ukwe or so did not stop IBB from registering Nigeria in OIC, he was just a mere stooge to IBB.

Who fought for Nigeria Independence, Anambra man
Who declared Biafra Anambra man. Abia and Imo self acclaimed freedom fighters hijacked the Biafran project just to enrich their family.

Comparing Abịa to Anambra on what basis pls, human development
Infrastructure
Intellectual achievements
Commerce and industry
Good governance...only State in Nigeria ruled by a party they founded.

Your shame dey catch me sef. Scumbag
