Over the years, owerri as a city has maintained a certain building regulation that is in tandem with the city plan.

The city going for the “low density, high income earners” look in semblance with Washington DC, usa.

Though the city has seen lots of setbacks, the people are determined to maintain, regulate their city to achieve same goal

Owerri is too beautiful

New areas are springing up fast

With all the bad roads and pot holes

The place is fine but don't compare it to Washington DC or even say it is becoming Washington before you receive slap. Abuja self is not on track to be like Washington.
