From Buhari' and Buni body language, APC ticket is not sure for SW. Its either SE or north will retain power. SW wants fairness but hate equity and the north is capitalising on that to retain power. Assuming the SW forged alliance with SE for APC presidential ticket, the north would have had no option but to align also. The selfishness of the SW is the reason for all the negative politics happening in APC.

Yet I would like one of you Igbos to explain how any Southerner, apart from Tinubu and Osinbajo, can draw support enough across the entire Nigeria, especially in the North, to defeat a popular and very influential Atiku.

If you have seen the open endorsement Tinubu has been getting everywhere in the North, since declaring, then you'd be a liar denying he is formidable in a way no other Southerner, especially unfancied Igbos, can be.

As things stand, not many ordinary Northerner want to even hear about an Igbo candidate. APC knows this damn well. They will only plot to give their ticket to an Igbo if losing the election to PDP and it's Fulani candidate is their plan.

If they are going for a win with a southerner then forget an Igbo and forget Amaechi who has zero political base, nil grassroot presence and neglible all round support of influential political mobilisers throughout Nigeria.

Ameachi is another Ribadu and Kalu, Umahi etal are Igbos. All equal lanslide win for the PDP and political suicide for the APC. Simple as that.
