It is extremely easy for the police to go to this group and collect the data of these ritualists and the babalawos there but nothing is being done.

you no get sense,I don't even know where to start with you.
In a better society the law enforcers employ people to join groups like this to gather information and eventually track this criminals.

Thats why most criminals go to the dark web to have more anonymousity and to be make it more difficult to track them but regardless this competent law enforcers still go and camouflage so as to extract informations and bait them and eventually they end up "preventing" crimes.
