It seems Cameroon is losing this match the way it's going. They have had a lot of close shaves and somehow that makes me think this might just be Egypt's lucky day.
Wow, I surprised myself o, my prediction came to pass!!!!!!!

Damn, this Egypt Goalkeeper is so good. Nigeria didn't face this one in the opening game. He could've been a thorn in the flesh.

Gabasky might just be GK of the tournament despite not being the Egyptian first choice grin

Egypt's gameplan was not to win Cameroun, it was to outlast Cameroun

Salah meets Mane! Two undeserving teams.

Senegal is an average team.

Egypt will drag them to penalties and win the cup.

This AFCON has shown that the Super Eagles is a formidable team. With a full house none comes close!! That's on periodith!!

How Maduka flopped in this tournament of goalkeepers remains a mystery.

Gabaski one of the most vocal and commanding second-choice goalkeepers in this silent modern football era.

And according to our former coach, we cannot pretend to be a good team if we don't have players in big teams like..... Liverpool. Lolz

well, Ghana can still contract him to work as an advisor to the team. At this point, Ghana is not looking at all to employ Gernot. But I personally think they should pick his brain on the Nigerian team, and of course pay him for that consultancy. That is a pragmatic way to go.

caprikon:

Yeah you are right.

Hope are you happy now.
Actually wanted Gernot Rohr to get the job for obvious reasons

Yeah.

Maduka Okoye, Andre Onana and Bono, were the underperformers for me.
Edouard Mendy has also not been good for me.
Probably because I expected more from them.

The rest, especially Mohammed Kamara of Sierra Leone, were unbelievably good.

No team have ever lost an AFCON final three times without winning at least one. Senegal have history on their side, Egypt have spirit.

Maduka is too nice and calm headed to be a keeper.

We've always had rugged agbero-kinda goalkeepers.
