I have come to the realization that truly, most Nigerian youths are very much ignorant of the things they claim to know. You see this Bureau here ehn, it is one of the greatest achievements of this administration. Those who know this know what I mean (cyber security specialists, IT policy developers etc)

Kudos to this creation but challenge is the recruitment process.
